I like how you boxed the motor mounts, looks good. The engine looks like it is angled rearward (like factory), the intake looks like a Hurricane (very nice intakes) and are more suited to engines sitting level, what you might consider is to get jet extensions for the rear bowl for a 4150 dblpmpr. Under hard acceleration the fuel will run away from the jets if they are direct into the metering block. If you use a vacuum seconday 4160 style carb then you'll have problems because it has a metering plate, although there might be a 4160 that has a metering block.
Consider a proform street double pumper, 650 cfm, i've used several without regret. Keep strokin, oj

A 750 if you want to make a pass or two; 650 if you are putting about town doin the street lites and stuff. Either way, can't go wrong. You're way ahead of me, i can see that. Keep on keepin on brother, later

In my experience, the 750 will be too much for the internals you have. You would have to match port and polish the heads and intake, and have 2.02 valves to get the full performance out of the 750 as it sets. You can get away with it if you rejet it. I would run the 650, though I actually prefer 600cfm Edelbrocks. Plenty of carb for mid 300hp engines and down

Hey hot dog, that looks like a powerglide, and i've put many holes in them myself but how did those holes come to be there? They weren't done with a hole saw for sure, must be a bit of a story.
