So still plugging away. I was going to buy a replacement rocker and just use little sections to fix mine but decided to try and fix min first. I think it came out good and saved me the $.
So no pic of the dent before because I forgot but you can see the bondo spot in this pic. ![]() Dented/smashed piece cut out: ![]() Is this WRONG? I straightened the messed up piece and welded it back in. Now a thin layer of mud and it will be all good. Ghetto or Money saving what do you think? ![]()

Next I moved back to the inside in front of the rear tire. My dad was not nice to cars and smashed this up pretty good. I did my best to straighten it out. It is close and since no one will ever see under here it is good enough for me:
![]() Fixing it: ![]() All Fixed. I tacked the 3 layers back together and will re POR it: ![]() Now on to the outer dog leg rust: ![]()

Rear Part fixed:
![]() Now move forward a little: ![]() Cut out and POR as far as I can reach covering the inside (You can see I welded a little piece to make my bigger piece easier to make: ![]() All fixed. This piece folds under and all I need to do is trim that long hanging piece where it meets the pinch eld then a very thin coat of mud and done. ![]() Passenger Rocker is ALL FIXED just needs a thin coat of mud and some time with a long board. Now to move on... What next?
